Maybe with a hair dryer and careful peeling. Welcome to North America Tony, where there are warnings everywhere! Just look at a Starbucks coffee cup...
Those are tough and will leave a mark (or even tear the material) when you remove them.
I ended up recovering the visors in my SRT 'cause I buggered one up and in doing so, knew I would never be able to get the other one off nor be able to live with the screwed up visor cover.
I can't stand this nanny crap either so one day I foolishly went to work trying to peel off the driver's side sticker. I used goo gone and other solvents that I had on hand and nothing fazes the glue on these suckers on the Ram. The glue seems to be permanently impregnated in the fabric. Anyway, being really careful I managed to get off about half of the sticker but had to give up on the rest. Now I had a real mess to look at. I found plastic card holders on eBay that were designed to cover up the stickers, but they are not long enough to cover the stickers on the Ram. It did cover up what was left of the sticker on the drivers side that I messed up. I am leaving the sticker on the passenger side alone!
Here is a LINK to what I bought, but there are dozens of visor card holders on eBay.

I removed mine a week after I purchased the truck , mine came off easily ? Just a sticker . I removed the residue with isopropyl alcohol. Looks great .
I purchased my truck less than two months from its build date . Maybe mine cam off easily due to them not being installed so long ?
