Hey guys hope this is helpful to you all...
I just installed a 430 RBZ unit in my Ram and I did not receive the security code from the seller. I tried the usual codes (0000, 1234, etc.) and I kept getting locked out.
Turns out the seller had purchased the radio from someone else who had purchased it on eBay. The original owner had traded in his truck and i was worried I would not be able to get my code.
There is an internet service called JustAnswer where you can ask various types of questions. I asked the question of my security code to one of the Ram Experts, 5 minutes later I had my code and was jamming out in my truck.
The service is not free; however, you only pay if you are satisfied. $25 is a small price to pay and it beets the heck out of trying to guess the possible 1,000 + combinations.
