Spoke to Bill at HPTuning, the good news is they are supporting 04-06 Ram Hemi models. The bad news is the 03 will not be supported in the foreseeable future. With the R&D required it simply is not going to happen. The search continues.

The Ram Hemi's is not listed as a supported vehicle yet on their website.

So what I have currently listed as available tuning options for the 03 Hemi is: SuperChip, SMT4/6, PSC1-003, B&G tuning, High Idle Mod and Diablo CMR (note: I do not recommend the Diablo as it is known for corrupting PCM/ABS on 03), Not a whole lot to choose from unfortunately. I'm often not in the current loop, so if anyone has a tune that works on a 03 (hemi) by all means share what you have found.

Not using HPTuning.
SCT also does not support the 03 Hemi model.

TECHNICALLY you can use a DSP...I wouldn't chance it considering all the horror stories I've seen/heard about fried PCM's and ABS modules.
