Hey yall,
I ordered a pair of Timken Hub assemblies for the front of my 07 Ram 1500. Everything came off no problem.. except the half shafts. I seen videos online where they use a lever and just pop them out of the differential, but mine will not come out. Is there a trick, a clip, or some thing I'm not seeing or doing to get these out? I already have the 3 18mm bolts out that hold the hub on, but the axles are still running through them and I can not get the hub assembly off. I've smacked it with a 3lb sledge a few times, and would feel better doing this without the axle in place. THe axle separated from the hub no problem, but it's not coming out of the diff. Please help. Thanks
