HVAC and Radio Controls Stopped Working

Started of with some of the hvac buttons, then all, and now my radio control buttons. Everything is accessible and works through the radio and steering wheel buttons. Just the ones under the radio are dead. Any suggestions? The hazard button is the only one working.

If you can control the HVAC and radio via the radio and steering wheel controls then it sounds like you're Bezel is going bad. Does it still light up at night and adjust brightness up/down?

Do you have a single zone MTC or Dual Zone ATC bezel?

(I've got a few spare MTC control boards that I could use to replace a defective one... After I get back from vacation 3/25).

It’s dual zone and no lights. They went out a few at a time.

Craziest thing. I took of the bezel so I could confirm the part number before buying a new one. Plugged it back in and now it works. Got me. It was plugged in already when I took it off.
