I also have a HID issue

I bought the kit for the 9007 bulbs. When I put it in I got the flicker and the "Lamp OUT" on the dash..I ordered the relay kit and Resistor kit. I installed them both and now have the Flicker taken care of. I still have the "Lamp out" on Low beam When I switch to High, The "lamp out" goes away. I did he following
1) put the Bulbs back in to verify the can-bus was OK
R) no "lamp out" High or Low
2) Measured the resistors
R) 6.7 on All four
3) Verify Grounds
R) OK

What am I missing?????

Any Ideas?

Truly speculation - I wonder if the harness is pinned for a 9004 - had a similar issue lately - it was pinned wrong. Not around a plac to check what pins should be where though....

Thanks, I never thought about that. But unless the ground is wrong, I doubt it would make a diff. Both resistors are the same value for High or low...

again, speculation........just sharing what I saw recently on a HID kit I sold. Same exact issue.

Rams + HIDS = fun for all.
