A hemi ram is in no way comparable to what you saw with your focus. There are multiple Ram trucks making anywhere from 380-400hp to the wheels with just bolt ons and tuning. The supercharged guys are making anywhere from 420-500hp to the wheels based on their other mods.
His 360hp number is probably about 15-20hp higher than I would expect, but again, that can easily be off based on which dyno is used, who is driving it, and whether they are showing corrected or uncorrected numbers.

Took a bone stock 13 QC Ram and made 250 rwhp for the base number. Than added an E-Force supercharger kit and made 355 rwhp. Same truck than made 426 rwhp on a Dynojet. Whether 355 or 426 rwhp, I'm sure he's bragging about the higher numbers it put down, however whichever number he chooses the truck will run the same number at the track.
