I can't get uconnect update on usb

I have the update downloaded to the computer, I drag it to my thumb drive to load it. When I put it in the truck it says format is not supported. Any help would be nice, really rather not go to the dealer. thanks

took it to the dealer today, all done including a R40 recall. When I got back home there was a letter from Dodge with a thumb drive and instructions to do both updates, oh well.

What do you mean both updates ?
