Map update via usb

Has anyone been able to update the map on a 2025 Ram 1500 with the 12 inch screen vis USB?

I downloaded the update, copied it onto exFat format USB, inserted it into one of the USB ports below the screen, but nothing happens.

Wondering if this model will only go via OTA. My map is outdated and the OTA is not happening.

I have a 2025 with the 14 inch screen and have done the update twice. I formatted the USB as NTFS. Someone on JEEPGARAGE.ORG
had mentioned that requirement for UCONNECT 5.
