I don't use AlfaOBD so I can't provide much help other than suggest to check the AlfaOBD mega thread. There are a ton of posts from plenty of users and you may find some quality info there.

Already have power door locks? If so, you’ll need to buy a fob that has the lock/unlock buttons on it. Then you’ll need your PIN from the parts guy at the dealer. On AlfaOBD, in car configuration change, enable VehConfig 3 RKE system present. Then connect to the RF Hub and program the fob under baseline system using your PIN.

Once you have the PIN is it always the same for your specific truck? Much like a radio code.
