Mine started doing the stutter at about 5000 miles. It feels like a slipping clutch but only happens on slow starts/light throttle as the trans shifts into the next gear prematurely and RPM is about 1500. My steering wheel doesn't need to be turned, happens going straight. Pretty sure it's the poor trans programming and the torque converter since if I don't accelerate like a little old lady so the transmission doesn't shift and/or the RPMs climb briskly, it doesn't happen. Now, there IS another stutter type of acceleration that does occur at steering lock - such as in a tight parking garage. But that's really the only time it happens to my truck.
as for other problems, at 6000 miles and 5 months, everything else has been pretty good. no paint issues, no leaks, nothing. Minor issue is the feeling of excessive driveline lash at roll on throttle or when I let up on the gas, but no clunks. kinda miss my Tundra since it never had any mechanical issues. But it also couldn't tow 15,000 lbs safely. Apparently a space shuttle yes, but 15,000 lbs, no.
