Need help. The smell of antifreeze is coming through my vents. I found no leaks or any pin holes anywhere. It doesn't overheat and the thermostat does kick in. Any answers?

The part is relatively inexpensive and easy to swap, once you get to it. There is a fair amount of disassembly needed to get at it.

It is fairly cheap and as stated above... it's easy to change out. It's way more than a fair amount of dis-assembly, I'll post up up picks if needed on what it looks like to do it as I did it last month.

It took me a full weekend. Plan for about 6 hours of work.
You should be able to avoid disconnecting/draining the AC system.
I find you need to chock the wheels. Parking brake does not have tension with dash down and you will want to move the transition lever out of park.
You will want to disconnect the battery for as much of the job as you can.

I found this video helped avoid the AC disconnect.

You bring good info, but that video is for a 2nd gen. 3rd gen's are different, the HVAC box has to come apart and while I did mine without pulling the freon, it's much easier and quicker to do with the box out completely.
