Idle noise

Hi all,

I have noticed something on my 17 3500 6.7 the last few days.. when I stop and the truck is idling for a few min, after 30 sec or so the engine noise get a little louder, like somet opened up.. it’s not drastic just a little deeper tone and louder. If I press the accelerator and increase the rpm and let off it goes back to normal for about 30 sec and gets a little louder again.. I only have 14k on the truck

A video or sound clip would be best. There is a a lot of knowledge/experience on the forum and hopefully someone chimes in with some assistance.
