Not disputing anyones amazing gas milage in a full size pickup (congrats on that btw

), but in my experience, the EVIC is never true to gas milage. Its almost consistently higher than actual. (again, just my experience) Its not way, way off, but enough to be wrong. I would say thats crazy talk if I hadn't experienced it myself. But then I also think about manufacturers and the bulk of consumers who would be much more prone to buy (or buy again) a vehicle that gets more MPG than something that doesn't. And since most people simply read the EVIC...
20 reads a lot better than 17. And when someone asks ''What kinda milage are you getting?'', they can then respond with ''Man, you won't believe it, but I'm getting 28 miles to the gallon in this 4x4 quad cab extended bed full size truck with a camper shell. I was getting 35 till I jacked it up and put giant knobby tires on it.''

Its probably just my truck though. I think my EVIC went from reading the MPG to just displaying LOL after I finished with all my mods. And when i hit wide open throttle, the NAV automatically reroutes me to the nearest gas station.
But seriously, for those of you getting the great MPG, way to go!
