Little late, but figured it would be a good idea to start.
Bought my 2010 ram 1500 with 6" rough country lift and 37" toyo MT mounted on 20x9 XD addicts.

Swapped painted bumper for chrome. New Plastic side pieces L+R are not needed. Steel bumper ones will suffice. Also be careful ordering an aftermarket impact bar. Mine did not come with brackets bolted on and holes drilled (hence why is not the plastic bumper absorber is not on the truck.

Swapped out JL audio c2350x dash speakers for infinity 300m dash midranges and amplified them with a rockford 100rmsx2 puntch amp.
Also took dash pad off and ran a wire to center channel dash speaker and installed one of the JL C2350x speakers there

Changed CV axle shafts that went bad at 120K and had to cut one off to get it out (Internal circlip was seized). Installed front new rotors and calipers.
Installed bilstein 5100 front struts and set them at 2.8”. Had to remove bottom strut control arm bushings (bolts snapped off). Figured might as well replace lower ball joints.
Factory front springs are completely sagged and truck now sits level with rear.

Rigs looking good!!!

I just got ahold of front and rear bumpers yesterday to do that same bumper conversion you did. I can't wait to get them on, that looks so much better!

I'm guessing your still looking for new rims?

Waiting to finish my mechanical drawing class, them im gonna fab up upper control arms with sealed uni ball joints amd sealed bushings where they mount to the body. I cant release specifics until patented...but they are the strongest made.
Balljoints if when needing replacement, can be done without removing the arms, and no press needed. Weld in sleeves that the bushings slide into.
