Installing Lasfit tailgate liner

Greetings I am trying to install my lasfit tailgate cover and I can’t get the screws out. I have the correct bit but I am getting no where when it comes to loosening the screws. Any help or suggestions would be great, I have a 2025 RAM Bighorn.

Penetrating oil overnight and one of those screwdrivers you hit with a hammer on the end.

FYI...
If you use one of those impact drivers mentioned above, make sure you use a quality bit that is the correct size for the screw otherwise you can break the bit and damage the screw head causing yourself more headaches
