I disconnected my battery to make the final connection to the battery power at the back of my truck. I have the upfitters package installed. So I have ingition and battery power behind the rear bumper. After hooking up the battery power to my canopy lights, I reconnected the battery. Everything worked on the truck, including the new lights in the bed. But the Instrument Cluster was dead. The only light on it that worked is a red LED that turns on when I start the truck. I checked fuses F49, F88 and F104. And they are not blown. I even disconnected the Upfitter jumper that brings power to the back the truck. And that did nothing. I have also left the battery disconnect for 30min and that has not fixed it. Did I miss a fuse, or is my Instrument Cluster toast?

I would recheck the fuses with an ohmmeter to make sure they are not open. I've seen open fuses that did not have the "blown" look. Then measure the voltage drop across the fuse (probe each fuse contact at the same time) to see if there is any. That is all I have.
