I believe the red dot on the right side is for the anti theft system. Have you tried plugging in a code reader in your OBD port to see what codes your getting before clearing them?

SRS is for your airbag system. The light is indicating there is an issue with that. I have no idea what the red dot on the right is for. You might try asking this question in the 4th gen forum.
