Insurance claim

Hi Guys well i damaged my truck this weekend, i had parked next to a fire hydrant with 4 bollards surrounding it, i forgot and could not see them from inside the truck and Rammed lol no pun intended into them! i damaged the front bumper upper bumper trim , fender, door and sill...
I have full coverage insurance but i want to know how about getting an intimate and then having the insurance repair but have the Mopar/Kore bumper installed and the RamRunner Kore/mopar fenders (i imagine the price on parts is pretty hefty and the for both fenders from Kore they are only $700

Any advice on this would be much appreciated before i take it to the wrong place..

I know my local dealership had done the Kore bumper before on a Ram that had an insurance claim but that was back when the molar kit was available ..
Or shall i go find a good body repair shop?

Insurance will replace with what came on it or repair it - if your deductible is close to or less than the repairs I wouldn't file it - if you want aftermarket parts you would have to ask who ever you take it to but u will pay the difference between your insurance check and the parts you want to install - insurance won't estimate replacement costs with aftermarket parts.

Take it to a reputable shop and let them do the estimate, I would get them to the the estimate with and without insurance just to see. And then I would ask them if insted of replaceing the factory bumper what would it cost to do these upgrades and they should just give you a difference in price. I'm sure the dealership would work with you or any body shops. Just always double and triple check there work.

Well it was $4500 worth of damage so that gets me the door fixed , ram runner fenders and bumper and maybe some retroshop upgrades
