I got the MOPAR cold air intake for mine. It's a dry filter and I installed an AEM prefilter over top to keep out the large ********. I got the intake on Amazon and I think the quality is excellent. It's made by MOPAR so you know there's not going to be a sacrifice in filtering or flow.

Let’s see that AEM prefilter and how well does it work with the Mopar.

Get ahold of Joseph at Filter Wears,he makes the majority of the aftermarket Pre Filters for the filter outfits. If he doesn't have one to fit your application,he'll make it for you.

I run his pre-filters on my truck and the wifes Challenger, originally ran Air Raids pre-filter till I needed a new one,and discovered Joseph makes the Air Raid pre-filters
This one fits a Challenger, but it's the only link to one I have saved at the moment.

I have had S/B for years and live in Canada, lots of snow and rain and no issues. As a matter of fact, and sad to say, but our summers are normally 2 weeks of bad snow boarding, haha

I had a CAI on my old Ram. Sounded cool and dropped my mpg while not giving a noticeable power increase. MPG dropped as a result of my heavy foot to be honest. I would buy a tuner first.

Another choice that would come in 2nd to the Vararam would be the Volant beacause now offer a air scoop for cold ram air.

I just took the charcoal filter out of mine and put a K&N panel filter in my stock box- good enough for me
