iPhone Charging

New Ram 2500 6.7 Laramie, I cannot figure out how to charge IPhone. The 2 plugs in the center console will not charge the phone. What am I missing? Both phones are connected to the Uconnect. Feeling stupid!!

I had the same issue with my 2017, ended up being the cord itself, it just wasn't compatible with the RAM, i ended up getting a genuine Apple cord..

Its the cord, buy better ones. I have 2 iphones both charge just fine using amazon charging cords.

Thank you for the input. You were absolutely right. My IPhone cord was bad, it charges at home but not in the truck.

I had a similar issue when I picked up my Power Wagon...was thinking the USB charging plug was possibly intermittently shorting out on me...but I then realized it was the cord!

Just ran into this exact issue this weekend. I'm an android user so never saw it before but went on a trip this weekend and the wife needed to charge her iphone and it wouldn't work. Checked the fuses and everything looked good. Her cable charges with a wall charger but not in the truck. Thought she had a factory apple cable as well? Strange

DITTO, usually the cord, but there have been some issues reported on the MY 19 with the 12" screens, glad I have the 8.4"
