Is This Engine Done For?

Hello all, I have been lurking here for a while and decided to post a question here. So, I decided to pull my valve covers off the truck and this is what the passenger side looks like. My truck is a 2004 Ram 4.7L V8 and 160k miles on it. The wear on the camshafts doesn't look normal with the wear in the center of the lobes. Thoughts?

No offense, but the picture isn't the greatest. See if you can get a better picture, but to me it definitely looks like abnormal wear on the cam. And with that many miles you'd be further ahead to just rebuild or replace the engine instead of doing just the cams.
