First of all: please forgive me for spelling/grammer issues:

Second I'm going to try to explain from beginning

Last year i had to repo a ram 1500 from son. So now I have it. I knew there was a issue with the actuators. truck didn't have heat. Fall of 2019 i had taken it to a shop that does these repairs. when i got it back it had heat when it was in the heat position and cold when it was put in cold. but only issue after the repair is that A/C light was on and wouldnt shut off. Fast forward to May 2020. All of a sudden no heat, change change where air comes from I.E. Defrost/Panel/floor. its stuck on floor. i click a/c button light doesnt show up also the recirculation button doesn't light up either.

Today i took off glove box to access the only actuator i can easy access removed actuator and manually move the door i get heat but only from the floor.

So do you think i need to replace all the actuator's?

also if i need to replace actuators do the doors need to be in a certain position in order to put actuator on

I appreciate any help/tips

thanks

Had your son performed any modifications to the truck? Namely changing factory radios?
