This is a fairly common issue, some guys get the 4wd shutter, some don't. It's the risk you take with installing a spacer, especially above 2".

It cannot be solved unless you remove the spacer and go smaller. The other alternatives would be to level with Bilstein adjustable shocks or Rancho. The shutter is due to the angles of your cv's caused by the level, will create premature wear.

Lol not normal.

Once I forgot to go back to 2wd after hunting.. 55mph for a good while.. Didn't realize I was in 4hi until I went to take a sharp turn and wheels were chirping.

Totaly agree with AustinB. I have my truck leveled at 2.1 with the Bilsteins and have NO vibration issues. When you use a spacer to level your truck it changes the geometry of your supension because it moves your spring away from the mount. It may help to have it aligned because it will change you CV angles but myself and most others woukd recomend taking the spacers out and installing the Bilsteins. There are several posts of people having the same issues you are having with the spacers.

The reason i used RC level kit coz its the only available thing in my country and if i want to order Bilsteins i have to pay triple the price or more coz of tax in here ,,,plus that RC dealer assured to me that i wont have any issue ...i went back to him so he told me change axe and front drive shaft ,,,so silly

A lot of variables go into having the vibes or not , some have no issues with spacers , some do .
Personally I'd go with the bilsteins 5100s for the level . Maybe you could install yourself to help offset cost .

Just start reading at the first post , there are some great tips and advice within the thread.
My personal favorite is the link posted in post #19

Oh wow didn't know you were unable to get the Bilsteins. If there us anyway you can get the Bilsteins in the future I would highly recomend changing them out. If you can't get your vibration issue resolved I would remove the spacers or at least put in a smaller size so you don't have the issues or possibly cause damage to your truck. I would also read the posts in the threads other members have recommended to inform yourself as much as possible when you talk to your dealer. Good luck to you.

Am living in Jordan and we have to pay high rate tax and customs plus inspection fees and shipping when ordering ,for example i paid for the leveling kit 400 us dollars though it costs 129 us dollars and this i bought from RC dealer here which he can order it a bit cheaper than i do , all this coz of tax and fees and shipping and customs .

i know what u mean Austin and u are right it ll cost more constant replacing front end part , but now i suspect something i dont know if it has something to do with the shake ,when fitting the first front left side spacer the mechanic took of the axel cv joint in order to fit it which i told him this is wrong and i was reading him the instructions , i dont know could it be its not working right after this ? coz sometimes it shakes and sometimes no am wondering if when shake only 3 wheels working or its not the issue ,,just thinking loud

Jordan, as in the middle east?

Not sure about the vibrations, or witf he went that route to install spacers.. But step one would be to replace what could be the cause, and that would also prevent any future issues (may also fix current problems)

(^if it were my truck)

If you are in fact talking about the Jordan I've been to, then I feel very bad for you and would hope that you do your own installs for now on.

:)
