When I was reading about the lc7i I don't think you need the other outputs connected to the main channel if you have a input going in to channel 2.
Channel 3 will come from channel 2 with automode on
I think you need them connected to the main channel if you only have one set of inputs. But that's just what I thought it was saying but I could be wrong
how high are you turning up your gain before it shuts off?
what model subs are you using?
Have you tried disconnecting all of the Mids/Tweets from the amp and reconnecting them one by one? May have a short to/in one of the speakers.
OP if you have the "basic 8.4an (no alpine)" how did the hook up for load resistance? how did they hook up for this? if they went directly from the deck to an lc7 that could be part of the issue. the chrysler decks need to see a load if they dont they can clip and not play
Is there a proper way to use the LC7, I have the same setup "basic 8.4an (no alpine)" and am planning on installing this weekend.
Yup. Follow the instructions!! They lay it out pretty good.
