I know right? Maybe they should be paying me to advertise. I wonder if the new Hemi uses the same oil filter? I kind of doubt it. But for a while there all three used the exact same oil filter.

Nice ZJ you got back there. But I think your new Sport is the winner in that picture. Are you keeping your old Ram or planning to sell it?

Congrats 92Green YJ on your new Ram truck, and they ordered it really nice, how lucky is that ,and rain sensitive wipers, projectors headlamps, trailer tow package. Did they upload the nav system for free if so you saved a boatload full of money on that alone. The lifetime warranty is that from Chrysler and did they say how much they, would have charged for it.Looks really dry were you live I hear, has everybody stop watering yet.NBC show water cops writing tickets, for everyone who has sprinkler run-off, broken heads etc.

I gotta admit. So far the vented seats are my favorite feature. It was hot today here and when we did the test drive the salesman turned them on. Kind of nice to have a cool butt and back while driving!

I have played with the keyless enter too and that's pretty damn trick.

Only issue I seem to be having at the moment is the passenger side RamBox won't open. Didn't try to open that side until after I got her home. I'll have them look at it when the truck goes back in in a week or two for the nav upgrade and LineX

Hey man - I had the same issue on the passenger RamBox. Dealer had to use a sawsall to get into it and replace it with a new one. Then the new one wouldn't open! They determined that the factory must have installed the lockign mechanism upside down, and ordered another new RamBox for me. Going in next Thursday to try to get it fixed again.

Thanks guys.

The old ram is going to be donated to the local ASPCA. It's got too many miles on it and is just to beat up to do much else with her. I got a good 7 years of use out of her, but with the growing family I just needed something bigger. We donated my wife's old sidekick to them a year ago and got a nice tax write off for it.

Yes it's dry here, though we were woken up to a thunder storm at 7 this morning. Now the new truck is gonna have water spots when I get to work and show it off today. All well. We really needed the rain. Hope it rains a bit more on my way in so I can try the rain sensing wipers out.

Congrats on your new truck -- she looks awesome!!! I also chose the Sport, and it’s the cat’s ass! The 5.7 Hemi, 8-speed and 3.92 gears is a really nice combo!!

The cooled seats are also one of my favorite features. Dumb I know, but when you live in the South, stuff like that is important, lol.

One of the few features I don’t really like is the automatic bright lights. It totally takes away your ability to flash someone when they deserve it. Or for normal driving, things like a gas station with bright lights will trick the sensors into thinking there is a car approaching and take you back to normal.

Oh yeah, someone mentioned a tailgate lock, but if you haven’t noticed your tailgate actually locks and unlocks in synchronization with your door locks.

Still have my 95 ZJ bought it in 98 been a dependable workhorse
Take it to Moab every year. Just now I tow her down behind my Ram. The Cooled Seats are awesome. Wait until winter when you remote start and the seat heater comes on for you and warms the seat up before you get in oh and the Heated Steering wheel you love it. It's all the little things that make you feel good about it.
