Is there any way to jack the front of the truck both tires at a time with a single jack? Can you put a floor jack under the center of the front crossmember and lift from there, then put stands under either the crossmember or the control arms? The manual doesn't list it but they only have that emergency factory jack in mind.

I've done it before with a 3ton jack and using jack stands on the control arms, just have to be careful of the placement of the jack stands because they don't have a large point of contact on the control arms.

It's a good idea to put the jackstand in between the inner end of the control arm and that center part of the frame. That position turns the load into dead weight. You have to use extra caution if you are supporting the vehicle and compressing a spring at the same time, imo.
