Remove the manual key from the fob and unlock the door?

Don't know what the recall repairs were but it's possible the key fob batteries could be bad. Also, try bringing out all the fobs you have for the truck to the truck then disconnect the trucks battery for 5 or 10 minutes. That will or should reset everything. That may sound strange but I'm a fleet vehicle mechanic and service about 200 RAM Promaster vans and we need to occasionally do that when the fobs quit working.

I would suggest that you replace the Fob Batteries..It's a good idea to do it every year or so, it's cheap insurance for having an issue at an inopportune time...
