Key stuck in ACC and wont turn back farther

So I just bought a 03 ram 1500 with the 5.7. Everything was good until I went to drive it, then I realized my drivers side headlight won't work, neither front turn signals work and my ignition won't turn back to the off position.

Any help is appreciated. TIA.
