I have a 2013 dodge ram 1500 sport crew cab that has stock led enclosed headlamps. The right front blinker will not flash when in cold temperatures. When it's not flashing, it will not alert the driver of a faulty blinker and will blink normal on the instrument cluster. I dont know where the relay is if there is one as no relay for that is in the fuse box. I hear the clicking sound but it sounds like it's under the fuse box? Has anyone else ever had this issue or know what other diagnostics I can try?
