I installed all led lighting (GTR bulbs headlight revolution) in the following locations, license plate lamps, all interior bulbs, 3rd brake light, backup lights, fog lights, and headlight assemblies (installed the Morimoto XB replacements). I have not had any issues with bulb out errors or hyper flashing. This past weekend I replaced the rear turn/brake bulbs with GTR led bulbs. They came with resistors, but I didn’t install them. Instead I used alphaobd and turned all of the settings to indicated the presence of led bulbs. Everything works fine with no error messages or hyper flashing until my headlights turn on automatically, at which point I get rear bulb out warnings and hyper flashing.
Has anyone else had this issue? Am I missing something with alphaobd? I appreciate your help.

Have you checked your third brake light bulb? That might be the cause. For some reason it shows up as a tail light.

Just curious, what if you change the setting for the headlights from LEDs to HIDs or turn both settings on??

I tried that, doesn't make a difference. I only started getting errors once i changed out the rear brake/turn bulbs with LED's. Scenario: Everything operates fine with no errors until the headlights come on automatically with the auto setting on the dial indicator. Once they come on it takes about 5 minutes and then the error messages and hyper-flash comes again. Once the headlights turn off (automatically) the error message goes away in a few minutes. I'm guessing there is a parameter that i have set incorrectly, just don't know which one.

But if you take the tail light bulbs out and put Halogen bulbs back in, everything is fine? Are the stock tail lights on your truck LED or regular halogen? I know this seems like I’m answering my own question but I wonder what came with the truck from the factory if you aren’t the original owner??

I have the original housings that came with the truck, I just swapped the stock bulbs with GTR LED bulbs.
Funny how the LED bulbs don't throw any codes or have the hyper-flash issue until the headlights get turned on, and then disappear once the headlights are turned off.

Try installing the resistors in the rear tail lights or on the third brake light bulb. I want to think it’s a headlight issue but I think they might just be a trigger because the truck is looking for a certain voltage/resistance in the wiring and it isn’t getting it. I don’t know of any other settings to turn off or on as I’ve done the same thing you did except I had OEM LED tail lights and only had to replace the reverse light bulbs in them and change all of the settings that you did with AlfaOBD.

I know you said they were all GTR Bulbs, but we’re they all the Revolution bulbs? That might be a key if 1 set isn’t. I used mainly Innovitive LEDs and HIDs from Amazon on my truck so the only thing I know about GTR is from seeing the name here and there.

Check the little metal prongs/pins that make connection ... one of mine was not on correctly and it was causing the hyper flash and bulb light out error message ...

Also try flipping the bulb around

Thanks for the help, all bulbs are GTR, 3rd brake light is a recon, and headlights are morimoto. I'll try the resistors and let you know what happens.

My only thought is, especially since MY 19 are stock LED on exterior, except for Cargo, is : Mixing the different companies U may have a different voltage draw causing the condition. Just a thought...all IMHO....

So I installed the resistors that came with the taillight led’s tonight and everything works perfect. Disappointed that I wasn’t able to resolve the errors using alfaobd but none the less it’s resolved.
Thanks for your input guys.

Glad it’s working! Must be something about those LEDs as opposed to all the others. Sorry that had to be the fix though. I don’t like adding too much to my truck when it comes to electrical.
