Hey guys, my birthday is in 2 weeks and my gf asked what I wanted, so on my list is the led license plate lights and the led interior dome lights, I have a 2014 express 1500. Does anyone currently have these and if so are they canbus friendly.

There are canbus "friendly" ones available, yes. EBay or popular HID sites typically sell the canbus friendly units.
