I have a 2018 2500 6.4 Hemi and I’m woundering if a lift for a diesel will work or any issues I may have.

Some manufactures do offer kits that do both but you do not want one made for a diesel it will be like riding a brick. Diesel engines weigh so much more than a gasser. What height are you looking to go? I own a suspension shop we do them all the time (Slim market for the non diesel)

With that much lift you’ll definitely be getting a lift that replaces the coil springs instead of spacers. That being said I’d definitely stay away from the lift for diesels because the springs are made to hold up that heavy cummins engine so it’d be a very rough ride in a gasser. I do believe that other than the stiffness of the springs everything is the same though.
