Lift & Larger Tires Question!

Hi! So I have a 2014 Ram 1500 Hemi 5.7l. I have recently installed a 3 inch lift. Have 18x9 Fuel Vapors coming with a -12 offset. And want to make sure the tires I ordered wont rub, or will rub minimally as I don't mind a little trimming to achieve what I'm looking for. They are Toyo Open Country MT's 35x12.5x18. The real width is 13.2 I believe which is what I am worried about regarding control arms. Any input let me know!

Most likely a slight rub. I ran a 305/70/18 on a 0 offset 18x9 wheel with a 2.5" level and had slight rub. For comparison thats a 34.8x12" tire so I would imagine you would have some rub but it shouldnt be anything major.

You won’t rub the control arms with -12

I have 18x9 -12mm offset with 35x12.50x18 General Grabber X3s with no rubbing.
I have Bils set ay 2.8 on the front.
