Is a 2 or 3 inch lift possible? Is it worth it? I want my truck to be a little higher but I dont want to have to use a step stool to get in it. From the pics I've seen 4 inches looks looks higher than I want to go for my truck. Thanks for the help

2/3” is more of a level. You could use Bils up front and set them to 2.5/2.8 and add something like Icon coils in the back for 1/1.5” of rear lift.

Bils can be set to 0.7” 1.4” 2.1” or 2.8” ... Depending on what you chose, and how much rake you want, you can just get a small rear spacer from Hell Bent Steel or Top Gun Customz and not have to change the rear shocks

Bils and spacers for $270 total ... And you’ll need an alignment either way

You can go to "Lift kits for less" website, to get a general idea of cost/components, for the size/Height lift you want.
https://liftkits4less.com/
They have kits of many different brands.

You can go to Custom Offsets.com to view a large gallery of other vehicles by yr/mk/model, lift/level size, to find the right look that you want. they sell lifts/level kits as well.
https://www.customwheeloffset.com/wheel-offset-gallery

Just to give you some areas to research.

Go to Bilstein’s website, and you can read why shock tower top spacers are a bad way to lift/level ... There’s a reason why not many around here use em ... A $40 lift is fine for a $400 truck ...

Rough Country offers a very nice bolt on 3” kit that requires no cutting that would look great with some 20s and 35s imo

I was the same way when I got my truck. I went with a leveling kit from MOPAR and then 35 inch tall tires.

I got a question I’m new to the whole lifting leveling concept. I have a 2018 ram, I just leveled the front with a 2 1/2in strut bottem spacer and went with 20’s on 33’s it rides rough now because of the 2 in of shock I lost. I know I need new shocks I just was looking for brands at good prices and what size I will need
