So im really considering lifting my express. Im really looking at the rcx 6" cuz i think ill regret it if i got the 4". Does anyone have any pics with the 6" and 35s? I really wanna lift my truck but dont want to kill the mpg to bad. What are your thoughts on the 35s vs the 37? Does anyone happen to have any mpg #s. Thanks alot

How are you getting that low?? My 05 with 37's and 3.92 gears, is still getting close to 15 mpg highway and around 10 in the city.

Haha...I have a 6" Rough Country and 37's - My speedometer is off 5 mph (so it says I'm going 60 when in actuality I'm going 65) My MPG says i get about 8.8 - I Love the look of my truck though SO i am happy with it....but I could really use some of that 15mpg you claim

how the hell are you getting that high im getting like 8mpgs all around with 37's. Now i have gotten 10mpg a few times when cruiseing with the cruise control on. But still I know gears make a differance but didnt think it was that much damn?

Thats just driving "city" i never have any need to drive the highway. Ive had my truck since new years eve and its only seen highway maybe 5 times. Maybe. Im just a little hesitate to get a lift cuz i dont want my mpg to get to bad. Its my only vehicle and im only 18 so im on a little bit of a budget lol.

I baby it lol I only drive about 55 everywere. I have my speedo adjusted, on my premium tune, and I try not to go over 2k rpms.... And I'm goin mostly by the overhead. I hand calculated from full to half a tank and it was pretty close.

Well...the fact is you cannot raise your vehicle and not decrease MPG--- The higher up...the worse it will be- Drag is a *****

Stock tires are about 34" so up to 35s isn't going to be a big difference
Jumping to 37s makes your speedo off by 8%
The faster you go the more it's off

Lol I'm in the same situation, finally convinced myself I will definitely get a 6 instead of a 4 inch suspension. Gotta wait til these baja claws wear out, then 37s and 456s ;)
