How ‘bout instead of turning it off completely, can’t you treat these new trucks like the later 4th-gens and just pull back on the dimmer switch to turn them off?

Who does? The OP has a 2019 Limited. The Classics are only the lower trim models I believe. But even then, the 19 Classics shouldn’t be no different from my 18. If it has automatic headlights with automatic highbeams, you can disable the auto-highbeams completely by the way you said... or, you can leave the feature on and just control it from the dimmer switch. There’s no need to completely turn it off unless you just don’t want them to work at all.

I have a 2019 Limited and all four of my lights are on with the low beams.

This is normal operation. For high beams the shield lifts and allows more light to shoot up.

I think it was the weight in your bed. Even with the air suspension I'll bet there was a little sag.

I noticed driving home tonight my low beam cutoff was right at or slightly below more cars driver side mirror. To me that means I may have to aim them down just a touch when I haul heavy.

All 4 lights on, wahoo, U learn something every day.

I have exactly the same lights on my bighorn. They look great. Your son should know by now that some dealers will do and say anything to make a sale. Assholes.

I recently traveled during the night for about 6 hours. I find my headlights to be too bright and have too much glare. Close to 75% of the traffic I met were flashing the headlights at me. I checked the aiming of the lights and don't think they are too high. I had about 1500 lbs in the truck but have auto leveling suspension. What are other owners finding? The one issue is that all 4 headlights are on during low beam operation the same as high. Can I simply unplug the inside lights? I'm sure it would still be brighter than my previous trucks.

I have a question. What lights are on in the instrument cluster area?

Not sure it was stated previously but all four headlights as well as daytime running lights are on even during the day.

Just curious if the indicator for the high beams is on or not.
indicator is only on with high beams. I lowered the left hand light quite a bit. I can see great and no one flashes me. Seems to be common with these lights according to the other forum. They are leaving the factory set too high (left higher than right) and dealers don't get them correct either.
