I seem to have 3 tiny bubbles under the paint on the left front fender right above the Hemi logo of my 2015. My questions to u guys are is this covered under the warranty?

Also they are small and was thinking of just popping them like a pimple then using touch up paint, then covering it with a ram head logo or something like that. Is that a good idea?

If it is rust, it is rust. The only way to get rid of rust is to get down to bare metal, prime and paint. Popping it like a pimple as you say and covering it up without treating the area properly is just kicking the can down the road for a eventual bigger problem

As for warranty, unless you still are under bumper to bumper coverage, then the corrosion warranty would be in effect but that only covers "perforation" and that means a rusted through hole, not surface rust.

If you search around, there is a few threads of people complaining about rust through in the same area on the fender due to blanket material they put in the wheel well catching crap and causing the condition.

I have read about others having this problem. So severe for some that it eats a hole right through the body. Hard to believe this is happening on a year old truck. That has got to be considered a manufacturing defect.

while my truck is newer than yours. 2016 Ram Rebel bought it march. i took my truck to the dealer almost a month ago for the same issue except mine was on the front passenger quarter panel . They took pictures of it and sent it off to digital imaging to be approved for warranty work. I got the call yesterday that it was approved and will be dropping my truck off on monday.

Rust bubbles on a 2015/2016

I know about the issues on the earlier ones first hand

Again where talking 2015/2016

Are we sure this is rust or just defects or dirt under the paint ???

If I had rust bubbles on a 2016 , I would

There is an adhesive patch on the back side of the fender panel that seems to just hold water right at these spots where people are having rust bubbles. It's there to dampen vibration but it's causing these rust issues. I have new panels going onto my truck and have removed the stupid vibration damping patch and will have the inside of the fender coated to prevent anything building up there anymore.
