Customer took a short road trip from Burlington IA down to St Louis today and I had the opportunity to work on his truck today, installed a set of our custom lights!
Details? We started with a set of new OEM 2013+ Ram bihalogen projectors, and performed the following modifications:
- FX-R retrofit, with Morimoto FX-R projectors, paired with 35W 6K HIDs with our Canbus adapters.
- Morimoto xB LED strips / halos
Halos where tied to a full relay harness to come on when the truck is running. DRLs!
Enough blab, onto the pics!
So.....stock output of the OEM halogen projectors:
FXR output (really close to a wall.........further back doesn't look as "distorted"):
and a few installed pics out in the bright and sunny day:
Soon.......we'll have his originals on the bench to get a splash of paint.....and of course FXRs and halos!
