Lockpick for amp??

I was looking at getting the lockpick V5 so I can enable dvd while driving but my question is do I need an LOC or will the lockpick have everything I need to add an amp and sub? I'm not the brightest when it comes to electronics so if there is an easier way to add an amp and sub I would love to know.

you will still need a loc for an amp. The lock pick does not give pre-amp outputs
