2016 PowerWagon 6.4L.
I don't know what comes with the Kooks tubes, or how they fit so I cant speak speak about them. I did the ARH and they came with absolutely everything I needed. It's pretty much a complete exhaust system other than a muffler. All stainless all the way back, including hangers all welded exactly where they needed to be, gaskets, and all fasteners from the aluminum head to the muffler.
Next was fitment and as badly as I wanted new exhaust on my PW when it came time to do the deed and I sat staring at my truck, preparing to pull manifolds, count broken manifold bolts (completely fearing their extraction) and then to stuff a set of long tubes up in her I was riddled with nerves. The most settling thought was that I had paid for ARH and the forum crew says the fitment is right. The crew wasu absolutely correct with their info and those tubes fit perfectly on both sides.
I cant imagine the mod with anything that fit less perfect. Theres just not a whole lot of wiggle room down there, and not a whole lot that can be relocated without a good deal of effort.
The only thing that would have made the ARH header mod to my 6.4L any better would have been the option for a ceramic coating through ARH. The thought of throwing more money at the job and I had to find a shop to apply the thermal barrier I almost skipped the ceramic coating. But I really wanted to take care of the truck and them damn tubes. Plus it was an additional 4 week wait. I did find a powder coating shop that did the ceramic coating for $380, inside and outside of headers, and outside of midpipe.
Ceramic coating is worth it too. I don't think I would have been able to keep a glass cloth heat shield wrap intact upon installation. I mean they fit perfectly but that doesn't mean I didnt have to call em a mahf.... once or twice to get them into location, they arenot a set of those cute little shortie jobs that can go in from the top, and I did mine from a creeper, with a lift things might be different.
I would do ARH again no doubt, the perfect fitment felt so crucial the entire time, especially when I was trying to find a person with dainty hands to thread several driverside bolts for me, that sucked.
Now I just gotta find the right muffler for all that air she's moving.
I have pictures of the ARH next to my stock exhaust sitting on the ground, but no other manufacture. I'll post em if I can the cats are huge on stock and barely noticeable on ARH. The other seriously significant difference comparison is the y-pipe and how ARH is well made compared to the crushed ass stock y_pipe. Kind of a joke really.
Any way hope it helps
