Yeah, you're right - but if you take 20% off MSRP (what some consider an "optimal" deal on a new truck), you're at about $53k for a $69k truck, then take off the $13k of positive equity (given the CarMax appraisal), and with TTL, one would be OTD for around $42.5k, which is about the max I'm willing to finance.
