Was wondering what the difference between 1 3/4"primaries and 1 7/8" primaries are and if headers will benefit a supercharger

An eighth of an inch...

Headers will most definitely help with a supercharger.

Ok is there a reason for that 1/8th of an inch is one better for forced induction

1-3/4" is good for naturally aspirated stock displacement and the 1-7/8" would be good for forced induction or bigger cubic inch engine.

Not trying to sound like an ass,
but it's pretty simple physics, the engine is an air pump
more air in (Blower) and more fuel (Larger Injectors) requires more air out.
(Long Tube Headers with high flow cats) and a free flowing muffler (Magnaflow)

...and if you don't require cats for emissions/inspections,
its going to flow a lot more air more efficiently without them restricting your exhaust.
