Loud Noise While Jacking Up Truck

2008 3500 4wd dullie

Today I was jacking up the passenger side front end by using the axle. While doing so I heard a loud bang. Some kind of large energy release. One front tire was stuck, but I was able to complete the six tire rotation. I don't know if it was a suspension or front differential issue. I'm about to take it for a short drive to find out if I hear or feel anything. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Usually a load pop like that when I'm doing anything strenuous is my back and I'm on the couch for a week. But since you said mechanical, I'd follow the recommended provided
