Lowered the truck about 1" in the front and about 1.5" in the rear. I think I still want to lower it another .5". Also put on some Nitto 420 tires.

I just cut about half a coil from the front springs and about 2 coils from the rear springs.

Looks good. I will probably need to do this or change to 18" rims as the truck is right at the uncomfortable height to fit in the garage! :)

Almost 50% tread gone on my stock tires...so will be looking at the Nittos soon I suppose.

Nope. 2wd for me.

Thanks everyone for the compliments! I went ahead and lowered it about another .5" in the rear and I really like the stance now. Not too low for the crappy roads around here and it has that clean/ muscle truck look. Here is the latest pic:
