Lumpy steering wheel

About to roll over 900 miles on my Laramie, the top portion of the steering wheel is oddly lumpy. It almost feels like the heating coils or something under thr leather but it's only at the top..

Any one else have this? I tried to capture it in the pics

I see what you are referring to, but so far mine is fine.

Mine has the same but at the bottom more so than the top. Going to address that and a bubble on the dash when I take it for its first service.
