For those of you that changed out the bad exhaust manifold bolts, what did you use for the bolts? Any particular brand? Stainless bolts? I have a buddy that needs to change his because a couple have already broke and I'm thinking about doing on mine so they dont break. Thanks

Bolts just don’t break for no reason. The manifold warps and snaps the bolts. As long as you run stock manifolds it doesn’t matter what bolt you use they are going to snap. If you replace the manifold then u can get new Dorman bolt kits and they are $25 for each side, plus the manifold and possible gaskets. If you replace the manifold it will still happen again and doesn’t matter if you use stock or stainless. Only real fix is to mill/flatten ur warped manifolds and throw on new bolts and hope it doesn’t warp more. Or get headers and bolts of your choice as that’s the only documented fix.
