Media hub conversion problems

Hello sorry for the bother but I can’t afford to keep losing money trying myself to attempt to fix this when I have no idea what to do anymore so did a uconnect conversion on my 2015 3500 tradesmen 4spd to 7spd bought a radio that’s says VP4R which on eBay said it came wirh apple CarPlay installed it and did the media hub conversion so far I have bought 2 new oem media hubs and none of them seem to work they charge my phone but don’t connect at all the part numbers for the media hubs I have tried are 5XG28DX9AD and 68328704AD so far no luck would appreciate the help just want apple CarPlay for maps for work so I need alpha obd to activate it or something is that even a thing you can do?

I'd see if I can find some wiring diagrams and see if your media hub wiring and radio wiring have the wires needed to work with that radio. Not all trucks like these are plug and play some exclude the needed wiring to make these work.
