Alright so tomorrow I'm gonna go out and buy everything I need for a full tune up on my hemi. I realize I do have a 6' lift with 35's, but I'm getting 9-10 mpg in town with my superchips and cai and it's hurting. Please add anything if there are more causes to a sudden drop in mileage. I can buy all of this at autozone, right?
So far it's:
Oil and filter
Plugs and wires
Seafoam
O2's
Coil packs?

No need to replace o2 sensors or coil packs unless they are throwing codes. Start off with the fresh oil, plugs, and wires. Also, clean out your air filter.

Will do. I have 124k on the truck. Pretty sure the 02's are stock, sure it isn't worth a try?

You're right at the mileage where they should at least be checked and/or replaced. I wouldn't bother replacing the post cast sensors, but pre cat sensors, yes. Just because I would rather replace them before a MIL is lit. Also, stay away from Bosch O2 sensors, use NTK or buy OEM.

Well it was about 12-13ish before I put the lift on. Figure that the lift gives it more air resistance. Gears are on the list but will not be for awhile, as much as I'd love to do them right now.

Wires would be waste of money unless there is a code too I believe.
