Moe's wants to make your Christmas Special

With Christmas just around the corner, we would like to make Christmas special for 1 lucky family. Many of us are fortunate to have great jobs, nice vehicles, and good health, but there are others that are worried about being able to pay rent or not being able to provide for their children over the Holiday season. If you have a friend, family member, co-worker, or anyone you know that is struggling to provide their kids/family with a nice Christmas, please let us know. We would like to donate $1000 to 1 family so that they can buy gifts for their children and make this a Christmas to remember.

All we ask is that you write a brief paragraph explaining why the person you are trying to help should be the one to receive this Christmas gift from Moe's. We will go over each entry and select the family on Friday December 6th. This should give them time to buy gifts for their children.

I just made an update to the original post. We have decided to double the amount and give away $1000 to a family in need. Thank you to those of you that have already sent us emails. This can go to anybody you know that is in need guys/gals.

My parents divorced when I was 4 years old, and my Mom struggled every year to provide for my brother and I. I remember 1 year that we had to spend Christmas at my grandparent's house because the power was out at our house. My mom told us that there was a power outage, but the reality of it was that they cut off our electricity because she used that money to buy gifts for us...she did not tell us about this until years later. I want to make sure that this same thing does not happen to anyone else. Please let us know if you know anyone else that is stuck in a similar situation so that we can help them out.
